Our soul and spirit were designed to work in union with our body. The obvious and correct relationship is between the brain and the mind.
The brain functions like the hard disk (hardware) of a computer. The mind (software) like computer programs. In the Bible the emphasis is on the mind deciding: choose the truth; believe the truth; take every thought captive.
